Returns & Refunds Policy

At Strathvac Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Return Conditions
Unless an item arrives damaged or defective, returns must meet the following conditions (as agreed with Strathvac Ltd):
  • Must be new, unused, and in saleable condition, OR
  • Must be in original, unopened packaging, OR
  • May be returned under special conditions agreed upon with Strathvac Ltd
Refund Options
Refunds for eligible returns will be issued as:
  • The original form of payment, OR
  • Store credit, if preferred or if the original payment method is unavailable
    Note: Shipping and handling charges may be deducted from your refund unless otherwise specified.
Items Not Eligible for Return
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Perishable goods
  • Special-order or custom-made products
    We reserve the right to refuse returns if they do not meet the required conditions.
In-Store Returns
  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase
  • valid receipt or proof of purchase is required
Online Returns
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number and reason for return
    Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the return.
Return Shipping
  • If your item was damaged, defective, or sent in error, we’ll provide a pre-paid return label
  • For other returns, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless agreed otherwise
Restocking Fee
  • 20% restocking fee may apply (or the maximum permitted by law), excluding:
  • Damaged/defective items
  • Items shipped in error
    This fee and original shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.
Additional Guidelines
  • Use full replacement insurance if returning by courier
  • Take photos of packaging and the item before courier pickup
