Hotels, care homes and offices have a requirement to dispose of large volumes of soiled linen quickly & safely. Installing an industrial linen chute allows a single point of collection prior to further processing.

Hotel laundry chutes are becoming more popular especially since covid. Its the quickest and safest way to transport dirty linen from an upper floor direct to the laundry room.
 

Features of our commercial linen chutes:
  • Manufactured & Installed as per BS 1703:2005, NFPA 82.
  • Weather proof Stainless Steel construction.
  • Hoppers will remain locked with busy indication for all other floors, when one floor is operating.
  • Vent system to allow air movements for vacuum breaking.
  • Intake Hoppers are 90 minute fire rated as per UL Label 10B.
  • Intake Hoppers can be LH or RH side hinged.
  • Discharge end fire door D Type.
  • Available in different sizes.
  • Optional sanitation system for internal cleaning of chutes.
  • Door access 4 digit changeable password control panel to allow usage by authorised users.
